The owner is super sweet very helpful and knowledgeable. I have a frenchie, whenever he eats and jumps he spits up his food. She told me what I was feeding him was good quality food however it has to much protien which could be the cause. Suggested I give him some raw food mixed with his dry food. Not pushy just made a suggestion. I bought it though and low and behold he doesn't spit up now. To top it off he loves eating now.
She even followed up with the following day to see how he was doing with the change in diet.
Very clean and organize location. Even with animals coming in and out. Very tighty presentation. Now to the good stuff! Amazing staff super knowledgeable. Helped me and guided me with diet plan, supplements and checked up on us after and all. Definitely became my go to store for my pups.
Amazing place! The vet recommended we change our dogs food as they kept getting constant ear infections, which was annoying. We stumbled upon this place accidentally and it was god sent. They have this dog food called Open Farms that is made with all unprocessed foods and is overall healthier than what we were giving our dogs. We have been coming here ever since, it is on the pricier side, but good food isn't cheap. They also do have a rewards program which is nice considering we come here often and will be able to get a 10% off after a couple purchases.
LOVE THIS PLACE! The owners and their staff absolutely love dogs, and are passionate about the way we feed them. My Frenchie has been eating this since he was weened off his mother’s milk. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service and attention they provide. I randomly get messages from the owners checking in on how my dog is doing, and if I need any advice or help with anything. I feel like they really care about their customers because if this. @rawandkibble this place is heaven sent ! My 3 year old daughter half husky half Labrador has been giving me so much issues to eat since well.. ALWAYS. 🤦🏼‍♀️ having said that, I’ve searched the universe for a resolution.. through a referral from Shanelle (lady that works at wawa ) she told me to check them out. Leia has had her first meal today , fully raw turkey and salmon .. I can already see her behavior change. Starting with the fact I don’t have to force her and make all sorts of sounds for her to eat. Fur parents, our babies cannot tell you what they feel .. educate yourself so they don’t suffer. I’ve spent all sorts of money, time, and research. I CANNOT compare any of it to the attention, patience, and knowledge Miss. Shabelly gave me yesterday for my extremely concerned and overworked self. THANK YOU.
Can’t say anything bad about this place. Amazing and knowledgeable staff. They helped me to get everything I needed for my new pup. Camila was so attentive to my needs and wants. Didn’t know my new pup was gonna be a pain in the butt. But it’s all good. Thank you guys for every.
